Manufactured on a taylor made production line, its tensile strength ratio can be adjusted isotropically. Hygiene and safety according to highest quality standards – the elastic InnovaMed products are used in different medical areas and serve for example as a basis for reliable and lasting wound covering. Due to its outstanding elastic recovery and elongation properties it perfectly clings to every surface. Special filter media for medical face masks provide a high efficiency at a low square weight and high air permeability.

They combine safe protection and high wearing comfort. Breathable materials for disposable clothing which are equipped alcophobic/oleophobic at the same time provide reliable protection.

When it comes to air, liquid and particle filtration, InnovaFiltec represents purity and efficiency. HVAC, protective masks and hoover bags are only a few of the possible applications. The unique filter media are extremely durable and achieve highest efficiency levels while providing high air permeability. According to customer requests Innovatec  manufactures  filter media as single-layers or multi-layer composites. Furthermore, different finishes such as for example anti-odour or anti- microbial are possible options. Filter tests, particularly for fine filters, filters for suspended matters and cabin filters can be done directly on site.

Absorbing, retaining and insulation are the main characteristics of InnovaSorb. Due to its enormous absorbing capacity it is used to absorb liquids, chemicals and oils in a wide array of applications, ranging from environmental protection up to the food industry. When it comes to acoustic insulation InnovaSorb has its place in the automotive  and appliance industry.

Moreover, it also serves as reliable insulation material against heat or cold and, thus, is used for façade protection , for thermal insulation of rooms and walls as well as in the clothing industry. Depending on the field of application the materials can be finished with a flame retardant additive.

Finest filaments lead to a large surface.According to this principle InnovaWipe has been well established for years in the automotive and electrical industry, in hygiene as well as in the food industry and is constantly further developed to meet the needs and desires of the customers.

With a hydrophilic or hydrophobic finish it is able to absorb a multiple of its own weight of liquids or oils. The tough, solvent-resistant and abrasion-resistant surface is perfectly suitable for cleaning, wiping and drying of smooth materials. InnovaWipe is available with different embossing, different square weights and different colours.

Roofing underlays, Battery separators, Technical textiles, (Dust mite barriers)

InnovaTec products offer a large variety for technical applications. Elastic nonwovens, battery separators and roofing underlays can be found within this range. For example the patented, embedded meltblown layer in the roofing underlay serves as liquid at increased room humidity.

Thus, water vapour permeability, water storage and dirt or dust filtration can be controlled in any way. Depending on the application, InnovaTec products can be individually customized with different additives such as for example hydrophilic, alco-/oleophobic, antimicrobial or anti odour.
