Quality management has long been an integral component of our daily work at Innovatec®. Instruments such as target agreements, standardised procedures, audits, nonconformance reports and quality cost calculations are not an end in and of themselves. They help us to continuously improve the quality of the services we provide, make it transparent and testable.
